PAYMENTS
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. All prices are subject to change without notice and all items remain property of Museum Shop until paid for in full.

We accept all major Credit Cards. The Museum Shop does not store any of your credit card information.

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA
All orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding public holidays) of the order being entered into our system. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days from this date for postage within Australia.

All orders are sent via Australia Post – standard postage. Over-sized or fragile items may be sent via courier. A tracking number will be supplied for all items at the time of postage.

Standard domestic postage (within Australia) is a flat rate of $9.95 for items under 5kg. Additional charges may apply for express post and heavy or over-sized items.

Items may be despatched from different locations and at different times. If you purchase multiple items, you may receive more than one package.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses given or any parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery instructions, or failure to collect items from Australia Post if notified. Such items will incur new delivery charges before being dispatched again.

We take care in packaging items appropriately to avoid any damages, however, if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit please contact us within 3 working days from receipt date via email: returns@history.sa.gov.au Where possible, we will replace the item and reimburse return postage costs for the damaged goods. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL
Shipping costs for international packages vary. Please contact us at sales@history.sa.gov.au before your purchase.

International purchases may be subject to customs taxes and charges at the destination country. The Museum Shop is not liable or responsible for these charges. Please check with your local authority before purchasing and importing goods.

International postage times vary.

PICK UP
We currently do not offer in-Museum pick up with online payments. If you would like to purchase an item in store, please visit the relevant Museum.
